Lalys Residency Hotel - Thrissur

During my Christmas stay, the food and location were impeccable. the meals provided were consistently high quality and the location was very convenient. the staff were extremely courteous and helpful at all times. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired. the rooms and bathrooms were filled with cobwebs, which was very off-putting.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and very comfortable. The location was very convenient for exploring the city and attractions. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious and filling.

Couldn't stay longer!

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, with good food options nearby. the staff are polite and helpful. One of the rooms was upgraded due to limited availability which was a nice gesture. cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms can improve as guests reported seeing spider webs. Some rooms have safety concerns as there is access to an elevator shaft through a door without proper markings or locks. There were also issues with reservations as one group only received 1 out of 3 booked rooms.

The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the location was perfect - close to all the main attractions.

Sadly, our stay was let down by several factors. The room was dirty and had spider webs throughout, making it an unsanitary and unpleasant environment.
